Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be created before it ships. During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Coast & Cove is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem.
