Refund Policy

At Coast & Cove, every item is made especially for you as soon as you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style, or for buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll gladly make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin production shortly after they're placed, we can only cancel or make changes within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Shipping Delays

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your local post office and neighbors. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
